Positive: Clean tidy, on the outskirts of town, very close to the banks of the river Fulda, great running routes. Room well equipped including washing machine. Very friendly hosts, flexible about arrival and departure times. The rooms are self-contained, with their own very large kitchen, clean, new bathroom. Quiet and peaceful. An ideal place to relax.

Negative: It is worth considering that this is not the city centre, although access is very easy. Bus 40 almost from in front of the house to the tram terminus, and there the 3 or 6 to the centre. In about 25 minutes. You can also walk around 4.5 km 45 minutes, very nice views. In the flat itself the WI_FI power could be better. If one takes some heavy suitcases the stairs and the 2nd floor could be a challenge.
