This room is within Ports of Call Resort which is located right in the heart of beautiful Grace Bay on Providenciales, an island of the Turks and Caicos. We are only a short 15-minute drive from the Providenciales airport (PLS). The property is comprised of a central building featuring a welcoming reception, business center, breakfast room, fitness room, and poolside bar. Ports of Call Resort has newly renovated studio rooms, one-bedroom suites and three-bedroom villas. This room is located in both of the hotel wings on the second or third floor. Each hotel wing is three-stories (no elevators) and they surround a tropical pool area that creates an intimate boutique setting. A daily complimentary breakfast with one rotating hot item is included for guests.
For your enjoyment, the tropical outdoor facilities include a poolside bar and lounge, barbecues, table tennis, billiard table, pool, hot tub, comfortable chaise lounges, patio seating, shade umbrellas, towels, and a dedicated children's play area.
Ports of Call Resort has a designated beach access to the awe-inspiring Grace Bay Beach complete with lounges, umbrellas, stand up paddleboards and kayaks, and is only 300 yards from the property. A shuttle runs each hour and beach towels are provided.
The property also includes the Shops of Ports of Call. The plaza offers a variety of restaurants, bars, gift and clothing shops, as well as a spa, hair salon, ice cream parlour, conference space, and an auto/scooter rental agency.
Security Deposit:
Please note that guests will be asked to provide a $200 security deposit at check-in. This can be paid in cash, or taken as a hold on a credit card. Given there are no damages upon check-out, guests who paid cash will be given back the $200 in cash, and those who have paid credit card will have the $200 hold released. Please keep in mind that due to international banking, this can sometimes take up to 14-days to be removed on your statement.
Getting to the property:
We do not offer shuttle service from the airport. Guests can take a cab or rental car from the airport. If taking a cab, you can grab one from outside of the airport and expect a 15-minute drive as well as a $33 fare /1-2 people and $16.50 each additional person.
We do not recommend that guests need a car as they are within walking distance to a majority of the island's attractions. If you did want to rent a car, we always recommend Caicos Wheels – they are located in our on-property plaza and give discounts to guests at Ports of Call Resort.

Summary: Overall, our stay at the Ports of Call was excellent. The staff were very accommodating and professional. The location of the property was ideal for activities/restaurants in the area. Also, the resort provided some social activities which was a nice addition to our stay. We will definitely consider staying at this property again when our travels bring us back to Turks & Caicos.

Summary: This property was well taken care of and a great quaint place to stay. Very low key and not much on property as of night life. The beach access was great and the staff were decent. We spend most of our time at the beach and visiting the hotels around for food and entertainment. The shops around were very convenient especially the grocery store with the host gave us very good tips for the week. Where to go , how to prepare for the week. Overall it was a great experience and the host was very friendly and was always available.

Summary: Location couldn’t have been any better! Right in the heart of Grace Bay. Hotel was perfect. 2 min walk to beach. Rooms were great. Plan on coming back soon.

Summary: I had a great stay! The staff is super nice and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The beach is a short walk away and there are chairs/umbrellas reserved for our resort. The grocery store is a short walk away, as well as shopping and restaurants. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Summary: We stayed for one night until our long-term residence was available. Location is amazing! Service was excellent and very clean! They have a small restaurant, pub, pool, hot tub, ping pong, and games on site. If you are looking for a smaller, quaint place to stay, I would highly recommend!

Summary: Could not rec NBC, ABC, CBS stations, sometimes “ surfing “ channels it would “freeze” and u could not change channels. Unpluging it it would then take 10-15 minutes to reset! 3 technicians on various days could not fix it. Our very last day of a 2wk stay a tech got the 3 stations but couldn’t fix the “freeze”
