Completely restored the main building and its small sheepfold are a subtle blend of traditional and contemporary design.

Summary: Very cozy and nicely modernized little farmouse including a separate bedroom and bath in a close by second building and a great little pool made our stay easy and comfortable. Fully equpped kitchen

Summary: Family of four adults staying at this superb property. Immaculately clean and well maintained. Views over the valley are spectacular. Pool was great and the living room aircon was welcome on the odd day although the house is pleasantly cool anyway. Great time had by all.

Summary: Very tastefully decorated house. The owners have clearly a very good eye for decoration and furniture, all in a very consistent and particular style. Also the kitchen is fully equipped with good working devices like a traditional and microwave oven, dishwasher, coffeemachine ... But we have also some remarks. First of all the internet connection did not work the whole week we were there. Apparently problems with the provider since a few weeks. The owner provided a small wifi device (portable router) that could pick internet via 3G, but since there is no 3G or 4G signal around the house we had to go to the church. There we could catch some 3G but with variable quality. With 3 teenager children not having wifi is like not having water. But after some discussion the owner did a nice effort to compensate for this shortage. Next to that I would recommend the owner to put some mosquito nets on the windows. Although the period seemed very dry there were a lot of tiny mosquitoes. So it was hard to cool down the house at night because of the musquitoes coming in. Ok there is airco, but using it too much is not healthy + you risk an extra cost. And at last I would change the two first photos on the Homeaway website because they show not the real views from the house. These nice views on the Calvi Bay can only be seen from the church. The view you have from the house is nice but you see “only” the mountain side. Also the incorrect location on the map suggests that the house is on the hill side looking to Calvi. We believe that is misleading.
