Summary: I have heard the commercials for VRBO saying the difference with them is you get the whole property to yourself. That is not what this is. This is a separate entrance to a sectioned off part of the house. There are people right on the other side of the wall. It was a little scary. The neighborhood was also not the best. My wife was not thrilled and called me (she went to check in when I was at work) and said we can't stay for the 3 nights we booked. We did and it was fine, but not ideal and not what I have experienced in my other VRBO stays.

Summary: Long story short, my elderly parents were unsure about staying in a place that wasn't a hotel but after this stay they were so happy that they didn't. They raved about how private it was and that's a big deal. The host was more than awesome and he answered all my questions. Thanks for an awesome 1st experience.
