Positive: Friendly and helpful staff

Negative: I couldn’t reduce the temperature in the room using the thermostat, it didn’t seem to respond to my input, so my sleep was a little uncomfortable as it was really warm. Also the western style breakfast items like the sausages and bacon were not up to scratch
