Summary: I just had my car detailed. The misters outside at the valet are on too high. When I got my car back it was covered with water spots from the misters. I had to have the car re-detailed the next day. My detailer pointed out one of my wheels was now scraped. It was not damaged when he detailed it the day I checked into valet. I called and spoke to the desk manager. She said she would call me back. It’s been 6 days and no follow through. I would recommend the hotel but I would park my own car.

Summary: I always stay here for the Phoenix comic-con and it's a great hotel, except the mattress was hard as a rock. Also they're doing construction next door so I was woken up by noises at 5 am, not happy about that but there's nothing they can do about that.
