Summary: This hotel must have recently had some very serious water damage. We were originally given a room on the 7th floor, and we noticed immediately a very musty smell when getting off the elevator. The carpet looked very damaged, and we noticed a floor fan tucked away in one of the corners of the hallway. The room itself was very damp feeling and felt dirty, which was not the best feeling, but the worst part was the air vent had what we were concerned was mold on the ceiling. We called downstairs and we were then moved to the 8th floor after voicing our concern. The 2nd room wasn’t much better, but at least the vent didn’t have as bad of a stain on the ceiling. The room just felt very old and damaged. The hotel lobby was beautiful, but we just couldn’t get over the state of the rooms and the musty/moldy smell throughout the hotel room floors. We expected a Renaissance Hotel to be in better shape than that, and that is why we chose the hotel in the first place, even though it was pricier than other competitors on the app. That being said, having a shuttle every half an hour to the airport was helpful, especially because we had an early morning flight, which is why I couldn’t give it less than three stars.

Summary: Hotel rooms need updating as well as areas in the hallway. Comforters beds but furniture and bathrooms need to be upgraded. Definitely not a 4 star hotel

Summary: Lobby is beautiful but rooms are a bit run down. Hot water didn’t work well, water pressure was poor, and pool wasn’t as advertised as the hot tub wasn’t operational. Overall it was an average stay. Convenient location and on time shuttle to airport with friendly staff

Summary: It was so surprisingly wonderful! We just booked a hotel by the airport after our cruise and had the best time in at the pool, had drinks at the nice bar, walked the beautiful surrounding grounds. Staff was great and place was spacious and clean. Would 10/10 recommend. We’ll be back!
