Positive: The room was spotless, the staff were extremely friendly, and the view of the runway was worth the couple extra bucks. Check in was super smooth and it met my expectations for the price point. The parking lot is gated and made us feel safe leaving our car overnight.

Negative: Wifi is an additional cost… really?? Also the TV in the room is large and decent quality, but it would freeze randomly, shut off and restart.

Positive: Staff was efficient with after midnight checkin. Bathroom was nice and clean and bed was comfortable. Really nice shuttle drivers.

Negative: The carpet was gross and the room smelled of body odor.

Summary: If stuck at the Atlanta airport, this is a good choice.

Negative: Had mistakenly thought concourse in the name meant relatively near. On arrival at international airport had to wait for over an hour for the transfer bus as hotels don’t provide to international. The phone number on the booking goes to voicemail. Booking should be clear about this.

Positive: The common areas of the hotel are quite nice, however that is not shared to the rooms.

Negative: The rooms were outdated and not nearly as nice as the common areas. For the price I would have saved money and went somewhere else.

Summary: It’s overpriced.
