Positive: The cleanliness

Negative: The house maids did not renew the tea coffee sugar etc… not once in my 6 days of staying there. I asked for a coffee downstairs which was put in a plastic cup.. for a hotel of that standard you should have proper cups and saucers. The croissant they got out of the fridge in a plastic container.. no elegance . No finesse . But aside from that rooms were big and comfortable. Bed was glorious.

Positive: The property is nice! The room was clean, the pool was warm & clear, the staff was nice and they serve breakfast in the club lounge.

Negative: - I wish they would fix the second elevator. The wait time to take the elevator was extremely too long in my opinion. So, if you have reservations anywhere, leave early to give yourself time to get to the lobby. Unless, you don’t mind taking the emergency staircase. - The hallway carpet was a really bad design choice. In addition, there are dirt or coffee stains in the carpet. I’m not saying the staff does not clean, but maybe they should hire a professional carpet cleaner.

Positive: Staff was very nice and the room was very clean.

Negative: No ability to make code in the room and no coffee provided in the lobby for people in a hurry. Had to buy coffee at the bar.
