Positive: Easy and flexible check in process. The place was spotless, cosey and it had all we needed for a peaceful and relaxing night away! It had bonus’s such as an electric shower, heated blanket and extra amenities like board games and basics such as salt/pepper/oil etc within the kitchen. The kids loved the cows coming up close to the caravan for them to see the following morning. We will definitely return in the future.

Negative: It is very remote so may not be suitable for everyone. Closest town for amenities was 15 mins drive away I think. Gortin Glen forest park was 25 mins drive away which we highly recommend visiting for walking, a huge play park and it has a lovely cafe!

Summary: Lovely little peaceful nights stay.

Positive: The location is perfect to chill out and completely relax . We enjoyed the stunning panoramic views and the sheep on the hillside . Everything was spotlessly clean and the water was hot . Board games and a deck of cards were supplied as was a large screen television and WiFi . The night was clear and the star filled sky was spectacular. We only stayed one night and so just popped in to Gortin for breakfast and had a lovely breakfast in the auld Bank coffee shop .
