Summary: We felt like locals when we stayed at the Park Place Home. Spacious well equipped kitchen and living room. Our location was perfect for visiting the lovely gorge areas and waterfalls, and the wineries. Walk to downtown dining and to the Ithaca waterfalls. Zach was quite easy to communicate with and accommodate our needs. Cozy and clean home. Would stay again.

Summary: We came to Ithaca with a bunch of must-dos, and this lovely home was near all of them. Walk-able from downtown and ScienceCenter, with ample food options in the neighborhood that pleased my kiddos, and a quick drive to all the hiking spots on our list. Zach’s property has all the touches of a home. We loved the lack of television - it made it even easier to get to all the games we brought to play in the evening. Host was responsive and communicative. We’d love to stay here again.

Summary: Beautiful home with tasteful touches throughout. Very clear Zach cares about his space (inside and outside) and wants visitors to enjoy their experience. Great location for us as we were in town for Cornell graduation and were able to walk to all events.

Summary: We loved this property - its proximity to awesome restaurants and parks, its modern vibe and its very complete kitchen. It was almost like I wanted a gift shop to buy all of the little touches. The garden and yard is also beautiful. We hope to come back!

Summary: We spent a few days in Ithaca over Parents/Family weekend at Cornell (late Oct). Our son lives in a dorm so we wanted to have a place where we could hang out that wasn't a hotel room or lobby so we opted for a VRBO rental. Although the nightly cost of this property over that particular weekend was inflated and it was a new VRBO listing without any reviews, we decided to take a chance. The photos showed a clean and comfortable home in a good location - and that's fortunately what we found. It's obvious that the current owners take good care of this property. It looks like a recent & complete remodel. Everything was tidy and we had (almost) everything we needed. We were surprised that there wasn't a TV. I assume we missed this in the listing description. We were able to watch the MLB playoffs on our laptop so it worked out but for us a TV would have been a nice amenity. The backyard and garden look like a really nice place to hang out when the weather is warmer. The neighborhood is really quiet and also close to restaurants/ shops/campus. Occupants upstairs were also quiet. Overall a good experience and we would recommend it to others.

Summary: This is the bottom level of a house in a quiet neighborhood (top level is separate entry and was not occupied during our stay). The place is beautifully decorated, spacious and open. We loved the 2 twin beds for our kids and the master bed was nice and comfy. The location was perfect for us as it was walkable to family that we were in town to visit. We loved that we could walk to many parks and Ithaca Bakery as well. It was also close to the Sciencenter (a must if you have younger kids) and Cayuga Lake. The hosts were kind and responsive. We felt the charges for additional guests above 2 was high but regardless, we had a wonderful stay and would choose to stay here again.
