Summary: The set up of this home and the open space is perfect for talking to family playing games etc. The location of the house is in a perfect location close to stores and coffee shops

Summary: We had an overall adequate, stay and the host was responsive. The air conditioner was not functioning when we arrived, but this was repaired the following afternoon. The garagee are manual and narrow. It was difficult to maneuver our cars in to the spots. There was also some debris in the driveway that made parking the car is more challenging. There were no toiletries and only five towels for the six of us. When we asked for more towels, the host brought a few new towels that were not yet washed. There were only plastic cups and plates. The Teflon cookware was old and scuffed. It seemed that the garbage bin in the driveway had not been emptied for some time as the stench was unbearable, and this was already full when we arrived. The upstairs space was clean, and the floor plan was a good fit for my wife, 4 kids, and me. I would rate this a 3 to 4 star stay. The location was good and convenient for our needs. The neighborhood felt safe. This could easily be a 5 star stay with some adjustments by the owner/host.
