Summary: We rented this small house while in Albany working on our rental property. It is a very comfortable house and the owner was very accessible for any questions or problems that arose. There is some light road noise but in a very quiet neighborhood and we slept like babies :-)Kitchen was well stocked and appliances all in good working order. The bathroom is smallish but fits the size of the house. We would stay again if we needed a house in Albany. Also very convenient location close to shopping.

Summary: Charming house with three separate rooms very spacious. We didn’t feel like we were on top of each other comfortable beds. Very clean and had everything you would need, it was a great stay for family weekend to see family..

Summary: We enjoyed this property. As there was a heat wave during our stay, I was very thankful for the a/c! Communication w Lynda was great. She replied asap to my emails. It was very clean and I loved the coffee bar! My one complaint is the traffic noise, but the listing did mention this. I feel that if they updated the windows on that side of the house, it would be quite beneficial as the windows are paper thin. We would def. stay here again.

Summary: House is super adorable! Very cozy and inviting! The check in and out process was super easy!! All the beds were very comfortable!!! Location was perfect! I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend anyone looking for a charming house to stay in, this would be the place!!
