Welcome to our newly remodeled house with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, perfect for your family getaway! This cozy home is nestled in a vibrant neighborhood with plenty of shops and restaurants just a stone's throw away. Enjoy the convenience of having 2 lakes and the beach in close proximity.
Inside, you'll find a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and all the comforts of home. Step outside to our inviting outdoor area where you can relax and unwind. Fire up the BBQ for a delightful evening under the stars, or take a dip in our heated pool to truly unwind and relax.
We have a private apartment on the left side of the house with someone living in it. And yes, your furry friends are welcome too! We allow one pet weighing no more than 20lbs.
We have 2 cameras. One in the front door, the ring camera and one in the backyard for security purposes only. I uploaded pictures for you to see what I see.

Summary: My husband checked in first and texted me immediately to say how immaculately clean the house was. The host was very responsive. The house was a little smaller than expected but lovely and certainly sufficient for the three adults and two 12 year olds in our group. The pool was wonderfully warm and my kids loved it. Beds were very comfy. The only negatives I had were the inability to access local live television channels, no access to streaming services unless I already had my own subscription and could log in, the locked house temperature control (a sweater or blanket when it got a little chilly did the trick in the livingroom and we were able to control the temperature a little better in the bedrooms with two ceiling fans and once we figured out the temp control unit in the main bedroom, extremely watered down handsoap, difficulty in figuring out how to use the washer and dryer - instructions were in (figured out through trial and error) and the lack of laundry detergent we always had left for us in other homes. A quick trip to Walmart solved the supplies issue and we solved other minor concerns. While close to the airport, we didn't hear planes overhead but for once or twice during our multiple day stay. We absolutely had no problem and no interactions with a tenant living in the attached apartment. There was no awareness of anyone there other than a car in the driveway. All in all, it was a wonderful stay and with a little more preparedness, we would stay here again.

Summary: This listing shows that the property is a house with a pool and hot tub… it is a house, that has an apartment attached.. with a noisy dog that barked all weekend and does not have a hot tub. Seems like the house needs some work, the door to the pool has a handle that is ready to fall off, the light in the pool was falling out and was being held on by electrical tape and just overall needed work and a deep cleaning. This is an okay house to stay in and in a great location but the listing really needs updated and should mention that when you book, you don’t have the entire property to yourself.

Summary: We had a fantastic time and enjoyed the property very much. Weather was great so the pool was a huge plus! Very impressed with the kitchen amenities and VERY well stocked. We made a large family dinner one night and had everything just like home! Host was very accommodating and available quickly with answers to our questions!! Would highly recommend this location for a family stay!!
