This 2-story, very spacious villa has a great view of the turquoise Caribbean sea and a lovely lounge area by the pool (with bubble corner) where you can enjoy a very nice afternoon drink and a bite from the grill.
The villa has 3 floors. Upon arrival at the villa, the swimming pool with whirlpool immediately catches the eye. Around the pool, you will find a spacious terrace with sunbeds, a shady palapa and a gas BBQ corner with standing tables. Very suitable for sunset drinks with something delicious from the BBQ. Directly behind the pool is an open living room with an open kitchen and a table with 4 chairs. Also on this floor are 2 bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom and air conditioning.
The stairs lead to another spacious living room with an open kitchen that is fully equipped, including an American fridge. On this floor, there are three double bedrooms, 2 of which have an en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom has a toilet on the outside of the room and is suitable for example for children. All bedrooms do have air conditioning.
The villa, therefore, offers space for up to 14 people! Even if you are on holiday together, due to this layout, the house still offers sufficient privacy.
This villa is located on Villapark Coral Estate, a beautiful park on Banda Abou. The park has 24-hour surveillance and is close to many popular beaches with beautiful diving and snorkelling locations. At the bakery 'Bread & More' you can buy fresh rolls, coffee, smoothies and the most delicious cakes. Summary: Had a fantastic stay here. There was plenty of room for our group of 6 and communication was quick and easy with the host. The view is even better than in the pictures!

Summary: The home itself is lovely. The views are just like in the pictures. The beds are comfortable. We loved the upstairs deck with the big table, it was where we would eat and play games together with the nice breeze blowing. Neighborhood is nice and feels safe with nice amenities right nearby. The a/c worked great in 3 of the 4 bedrooms we used but in one of them it never really got cooled down very well. The house itself gets really warm during the day, even with the windows open to help the air move. When we were home, we spent most of our time in the day outside in the shade where it was cooler. This wasn't a huge deal. My only true complain is that while we were staying, we lost water to the entire house MULTIPLE times. One time while someone was actually showering and on more than one morning we couldn't all shower because the water stopped. Deeply frustrating. We spoke to management about it and they said that it is a water company issue that they couldn't control - and I believe them - but it doesn't change the fact that we couldn't wash our hands or fill up our water bottles before going out into the heat of the day. It really did impact our stay.

Summary: We took a chance and rented this place with no reviews. It was a gorgeous huge balcony with a perfect view. furnishings inside are as expected- comfortable and just what you need. we did not cook so i can’t comment but the kitchen seemed to have everything. beds were good enough, air condition worked well, but know this- they don’t have blankets on the bed! this is dutch traditions. coral estates feels safe and it’s a plus there are 3 restaurants in the resort! delicious food! the location is great. there are beaches and food close by. to me it doesn’t matter where you stay because you’re venturing out all over this island! we drove top to bottom at least 3 times! i recommend this house for sure
