Come explore a beautiful working farm within the Nashville city limits. Quiet and calm, only 15-20 minutes from all the action of the city. Come see wildflowers in the fields, walk the hiking trails among the trees, or relax on the patio by the pool.
We offer a pool (seasonal) and hiking trails. You can enjoy fresh farm eggs every morning from our friendly chickens. There is high speed WiFi in the house and main yard. There is a fire pit in the front yard for late night hangouts and a grill and furniture on the deck for outdoor dining.
Every bedroom has it's own full bathroom. Three baths are in suite, and one is 3 feet across the hall. We supply spices and basic pantry staples, oils, and spices. We are pet friendly. We have a long gravel driveway, making the home completely secluded and private. Come relax to the sounds of nature in our farmhouse.

Summary: The house was a great size/layout for our family! The pool was nice. The deck is in need of repair. We bought outside rugs to cover most of the surface for protection. There is no microwave. I might have missed that in the description. There is a really nice large toaster oven. Agree with previous reviews that the kitchen space is very limited as the cupboards were quite full. This home is very quiet- back in the woods. We loved the peacocks and Charlie was an absolute sweetheart!

Summary: We had 6 kids, ages 1-7, and 4 adults. House was large enough for all of us, plus the pool was clean and very refreshing (it was HOT!). Dogs were very friendly. Kids loved seeing the peacocks and collecting eggs from the chickens with Chris’ supervision. They thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Chris was very communicative the entire time.

Summary: Overall, this house accommodated our family with children for our vacation. The property was private, quiet and there was lots to do nearby. The house was nice for 9 adults and 3 kids. The house was tidy but not cleaned well. The kitchen was nice but there was no room for any of our own groceries, since there pantry space was in use. We wished we could have spent more time outdoors but the grass and plants were not well maintained and very overgrown, which made it hard to play with young kids. The pool was a nice relief in the heat, it was a great size and was very clean. The deck area was nice, but many loose boards and nails that made it unsafe.

Summary: Friends and family gathered for a long weekend getaway. The location was close enough to all the sights we wanted to visit. We appreciated the chickens and peacock! The pool was very well kept and perfect for our temperatures during our visit. Would recommend

Summary: This was perfect for us. There were seven of us for a long weekend, and it was great that we had a separate bathroom for each bedroom. The common areas were huge so we could all get together. Enjoyed the large deck in the back and the fire pit in the front. Great seeing the wonderful selection of animals. The drive into was not bad, and we definitely enjoyed the peace and quiet at the farm away from lower Broadway.

Summary: The house was set up great for a larger group with 2 living areas. It only had 1 TV which was fine with us but could be a problem if you had kids. Everyone was happy with beds. The one thing that would improve the stay is maintaining the yard a little better.
