Summary: The house is very comfortable. The woods in the back are gorgeous especially in the fall. There is a great hiking trail just at the end of the street. Only 15 min from IU campus. The only drawback was only 2 bathrooms for 12 people but we made it work.

Summary: Overall location is great as area is quiet with lots of outdoor room and a short drive to Bloomington. Would be great if the basement had a restroom.
