Positive: Late arrival, the lights were on inside making it easy to see and welcoming. Every room was inviting and homely. Beds very comfortable and blankets available. Lots of linen in the cupboard. Kitchen was amazing, I brought heaps of extras which I didn’t need , coffee machine and plunger, Soda stream, tea pot. Every conceivable kitchen item we needed was there. TV’s and WiFi all just worked. Lovely quiet court and only a 6 minute drive to anywhere. I stayed a week and it was just perfect in every way.

Summary: Perfect location, fully functional home away from home. Best air b&b I’ve stayed in.

Positive: It has everything you need all we had to buy was food

Negative: It could do with a deep clean lots of dust and cobwebs behind the beds and furniture we had to clean it ourselves because it wasn’t clean at all. Lots of ants in the cupboard and inside the kettle which we had to put in the garage, also a leak under the sink which again we had to clean.

Summary: Beautiful property and everything you need for your stay just think it needs a deep clean not just what the eye can see
