The Brick House is a 1950's Arts & Crafts style home located 5 miles outside of Sandy Lake,PA. Conveniently located one half mile from I-79, and two exits north of I-80; this charming American Craftsman bungalow is the perfect place for a weeklong stay or a weekend getaway. If you enjoy history, shopping, hunting, fishing, hiking, biking or boating, The Prime Outlet Mall in Grove City, Lake Wilhelm, Goddard State park & Marina, various wineries, antique and Amish shops are plentiful in our communities. The house has 3 bedrooms, a full bath, quaint kitchen and open living room with wood floors throughout the house.

Summary: Man what can I say about this property, we as a family absolutely love it. This is our second time renting from Sandy and Tim and the hospitality is great. Full communication. The house tucked away a bit at least is seems this way, long drowsy with rear parking, full green front yard area with amazing flowers and floral. Back yard has a fire place we love to use one night when we visit makes for good memories. The house is very spacious with 3 bedrooms that makes a homie feeling. Plenty of supplies in the kitchen to cook a meal or use the bbq. We’ve had a blast visiting the property when we come and we will continue to use Sandy and Tim for all our visits. Thank you again.

Summary: House was perfect for what we needed, gorgeous shaded backyard for relaxing after kayaking a nearby lake. Hosts were very attentive and courteous, we had a few minor hiccups, that were handled very quickly! Enjoyed our stay tremendously, would highly recommend staying here if in the area visiting!

Summary: We stayed here to go to Niagara Falls, and it was a very good choice for us. We had a great time with friends watching the beautiful starry sky in a quiet environment while having a BBQ in the large garden!

Summary: This house was the perfect rest and end of the day from our shopping trips. Close to Grove City Outlets and a quick run up to Erie. Backyard was a nice area to sit out in the afternoons. Birds and chipmunks to entertain us. We had a well equipped kitchen and room by the large tv to relax. Great stay and we would like to come back sometime.

Summary: This is our first time on the property and it went seamless. Sandy was wonderful to deal and we had no issues. The place is well equipped and comfortable. Sandy was more than reasonable with our boats and trucks for parking. We will definitely say again. Probably next month.

Summary: Stayed here with my wife and another couple while we were fishing at Lake Wilhelm. Very comfortable house with plenty of room. Right off the main road but felt secluded surrounded by woods. Host was excellent and quickly responded to questions. House was clean and well furnished. Check In was very simple and convenient. I would highly recommend this place if you're looking for somewhere to stay in the area.

Summary: The Brick House was hands down the cleanest home I have ever stayed in. All of the beds and furniture were super comfortable, and the kitchen and bath were well stocked! The hosts were super friendly and very responsive when we had a super minor issue. The property is absolutely beautiful, secluded yet close to anything you would need. It was the perfect place to stay while we were visiting for the eclipse! I would stay here again anytime. Thank you!!
