Positive: Well decorated, cozy place that feels like a home. Host is personally responsive. Well equipped kitchen, video quality wifi, nice TV and washing machine. Location is an authentic Japanese neighborhood with local food options. I wish I could have stayed longer! One of the best rentals I've stayed in.

Positive: Everything!!! The perfect place to finish a family trip. Super spacious for Japan. The people in this area is super welcoming. The best is Ken the houst, always communicate in time and super helpful, we got a situation and he was very flexible. In Japan you will need a person like that. The place and the area is in did RELAXING!!!

Positive: The facilities are very well equipped with dishes and laundry detergent, so it's easy to wash and dry clothes. the environment is quiet, and it is not too far from the nearby station.

Negative: The bed is so shaky that the person in the bed is affected by the slightest movement. The stairs are a bit jittery, and it's a bit of a pain to carry the luggage.The oven is not clean.

Positive: The apartment is cozy and much more like a small home than what you typically would get in a hotel. To be able to relax at home is in our opinion an essential complement to the otherwise rather intensive Tokyo experience. Great kitchen and kitchen utensils -- but remember to bring your own kitchen knife and cutting board if you intend to cook at home. The contact person was very helpful and even helped us get back an important item we forgot in the apartment. Situated close to Shimo-maruko station, convenience store Seven Eleven and small supermarket.
