This lovely Sedona Breeze home is situated in the popular West Sedona area and sits on two expansive acres bordering National Forest Service land. The location provides serenity for the ultimate getaway spot.
This southwest, pueblo-style home offers two-levels, 2,173 square feet with three bedrooms, and two and a half bathrooms to easily sleep up to six guests in comfort.
You'll enter through the main level front door and the find yourself directly in the great room with the living room, kitchen and dining area. This space is accentuated with Saltillo tile flooring and wood-beam ceilings.
Living Room: This room holds comfortable, leather sofa and recliner chairs, a 65” Smart, and a unique floor-to-ceiling stacked stone kiva-style gas fireplace. Step through the slider doors that open completely to Thunder Mountain views and a flagstone patio.
Kitchen: The gourmet kitchen features Viking stainless-steel appliances, a convenient wine fridge, lovely natural-edge granite counters, and a juniper wood countertop breakfast bar with seating for three.
Dining Area: The dining area features seating for up to seven diners and lots of natural light and views.
Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Master Suite (main level) — King size bed, 40” Smart TV and patio access. The private bathroom offers a double sinks, jetted tub and separate shower.
Bedroom 2 (upper level) — Queen size bed, private deck, access to the full shared bathroom with a shower.
Bedroom 3 (upper level) — Queen size bed, 40” Smart TV, access to the full shared bathroom.

Summary: Sedona Breeze has been one of the all-around finest properties that we have rented through VRBO! It is a beautiful house that matches perfectly with the surroundings. The kitchen was outfitted wonderfully - the kitchen knives were first rate and there was even a knife sharpener (this is always a beef of mine with rental properties)! A must-experience is breakfast on the patio in the morning (assuming that you are staying in the late summer/early fall) because there is a beloperone ('hummingbird bush') plant that provides excellent entertainment to go along with your meal--the hummies are nonstop. One suggestion: the access to the small patio off the topmost bedroom is configured such that if someone is not paying attention to the latch instructions, they might get locked out with no way down. A regular latch is probably sufficient. Also, it would be useful if there could be a small desk in the great room, preferably close to an outlet. Some of us have to work on vacation!

Summary: The property was a great to hang out with family and friends. My only issue was 2 unannounced visits from 3 visitors without any prior notice. Two individuals showed up speaking limited English wanting to enter the property. Additionally on the last day before checking out another individual came to address the pool. Notice would have been nice! Did not feel safe for a few moments due the we did not know who these individuals were!

Summary: Lovely home, patio and pool area. Bathrooms could be updated and home is definitely a challenge for anyone with mobility issues (no railings on the short flights of steps nor getting in/out of pool). Living room furniture a huge plus with multiple comfy recliners! Overall a great experience.
