Charming property that sits on the shores of Conesus Lake. Monday to Sunday for July/August rental. Plenty of space for kids and adults to play games like volleyball, bocce ball, can jam, This 4 bedroom property has balconies for two bedrooms and huge windows that when all are open you sleep amazingly. With it`s large family gathering area, private bedrooms, hot tub and boat rental($300/day, rent 2 days for $500) available, included firewood, how can anything else be needed.
Very quiet private road. Perfect for a nice getaway. Owner does live next door incase anything is needed and cant reach me. Due to private road, only 4 cars maximum on property. If additional parking is needed please drive down to east lake road. Thank you

This 4 bedroom property has balconies for two bedrooms and huge windows that when all are open you sleep like you have never slept before. With it`s large family gathering area, private bedrooms, hot tub and boat rental($350/day) available, included firewood, how can anything else be needed. To protect our guests more we are in process of purchasing electrostatic disinfectant sprayer for whole house to be as clean as possible. We want our guests to feel they are at home on a beautiful lake. Reminder there is a 4 car maximum on property. No large parties please.
4 cars maximum allowed, property located on private road please. Please put all dishes cleaned and put away. Empty refrigerator and pick up any garbage outside left behind
No smoking in the property. Do not use fireplace. Do not bring sand into hot tub. Do not use fireworks. 25 years old minimum for rental. Any breaking of rules may result in loss of deposit or eviction

Summary: We had a wonderful stay. The house and property is beautiful. The manager/owner were very responsive and went over and above to ensure we had a great visit. Much to do with the kayaks, pedal boat, pontoon boat, and hot tub. Thank you for making our stay so special.

Summary: The house was clean and plenty of space. Property manager was very attentive. Way too much furniture in rooms, not much space for our things. Outdoor space was very dirty, it all needs a power washing, even appeared to have leaves everywhere and cobwebs, outside area should at least start with no spiders and cobwebs. Also windows and sills very dirty and nothing opened up at all, had to open every storm window and window which were not easy to open, no air conditioning, nice breezes but had a hot week and hard to sleep even with fans

Summary: Stayed a long weekend with my husband and two other couples. House had plenty of room for all us with an extra bedroom that remained empty. The kitchen was nice and big and a more than one person could work there at a time. The hot tub with the view of the lake was awesome. Make sure to stop and get some doughnuts at Shoreless, the store owned by the owner of the property. We did some winter hiking at Letchworth State Park and the property was less than an hour away. We would stay here again.

Summary: The location cannot be beat. Near the marina, right on the water and beautiful sunsets. The house has a lot of character and charm. We were 6 adults and one infant. There is plenty of room without feeling you are on top of each other. Shaun was very easy to work with.
