Enjoy the serenity of three acres minutes from downtown Georgetown in quiet Golden Oaks neighborhood, home to scores of deer. The house offers plenty of room to spread out or relax on the back patio complete with three grills and a hot tub.
Enjoy use of full home including 3 bedrooms, two full baths, half bath, two living areas each with large sectionals, eat in kitchen with island, dining room, and office.
The first living room includes a large sectional, side chair, and large smart tv overlooking the patio. The large kitchen has everything you could want including gas range, double oven, coffee maker, Vitamix, KitchenAid stand mixer plus a wide range of other gadgets. There is a breakfast table in the kitchen for more casual meals or the dining room has a large table and a fireplace for more formal entertaining. The second living room includes another large sectional and tv, its the perfect spot to curl up and read a good book.
The primary bedroom offers a king size bed and queen beds in the two additional rooms, all include linens. Primary bath includes large soaking tub and oversized shower with double vanity. The secondary bathroom has a separate area for the toilet and tub/shower to make efficient use of the space. Towels are included with each bathroom. The laundry room includes full-size front loader washer and dryer with sink.

Summary: This was a much needed getaway for friends. The house is very spacious and well appointed. The property and the neighborhood are absolutely beautiful and deer every morning! Chris was excellent to work with.

Summary: Beautiful nice quiet place. Had plenty of room for everyone. Great amenities! The host were so nice accessible and responsive for any need. Mr Boots put the icing on the cake for this amazing place. Definitely would return and recommend.

Summary: This property had everything we needed for our family Christmas celebration. There was plenty of space, a fully stocked kitchen, comfy beds, a great hot tub, and so much more. Chris was so responsive and they even had the house beautifully decorated for Christmas. We would stay here again, no question.

Summary: We had a memorial service to attend for my sister-in-law and chose this property for our stay. Our adult children and two dogs were with us. We also had a need for space for a small gathering with extended family. This property was perfect! The host was so nice and responsive, and everything was in impeccable order. We all (including the dogs) loved the outdoor space. During what was already a stressful time for our family,the host made sure we had absolutely everything we needed. I would highly recommend staying here. The furniture was comfortable and there was so much room to accommodate all of us!

Summary: The house was clean, well-equipped, and perfectly situated in a quiet neighborhood. There really are deer everywhere! The backyard is huge, completely fenced in, and fantastic for dogs. We really enjoyed our stay.

Summary: Chris’ home was fantastic. Everything you would want or need for a getaway to Texas. A lovely jacuzzi. Great outdoor space. A griddle. A smoker. Plus every convenience a kitchen can have, he has it. He was very easy to communicate with. Checking was very simple and easy. If you’re considering staying here, you should. If I am ever back in Texas, this is my first choice of places to stay.
