Positive: 1) Exceptional location The Relais stands independently on a quiet, gently elevated hill at the northern edge of Gavi, with vast surrounding terroir that can be explored on foot. To the north, you can look out over the basin, and in the distance, the Alps. The morning mist is extraordinarily beautiful. 2) Outstanding architecture and interior design This is something you truly need to experience in person. Personally, what impressed me most were the various copper fish reliefs mounted on the parallel columns in the restaurant hall. They tell a story of the region’s gastronomic richness - not only through wine, but also through its food culture and ingredients.

Negative: There wasnt anyone to help us with the luggages, there wasnt any shuttle car from hotel to outlet, the cabs they provided took long time to reach us, the room wasnt well cleaned. Tbey blamed everything on the holidays
