Summary: Our stay at this hotel was truly memorable, thanks to its outstanding restaurant and impressive working winery. One of the highlights was a fun and engaging tour led by a wonderful guide, who shared fascinating stories about the property's history and the winemaking traditions. We also got to learn about the olive oil production process, which added an extra layer of authenticity and charm to the experience. The tour was followed by a great wine/olive oil tasting experience with another pleasant host. The dinner we enjoyed at the hotel was excellent, featuring delicious dishes paired with attentive and friendly service. The wine they make is extraordinary—complex, flavorful, and clearly crafted with passion (with one style aged in terracotta - appropriate given the fact that this city produced all the tiles on the Duomo in Florence). To top it off, breakfast was the best we had all week in Italy, offering fresh ingredients and a welcoming atmosphere that made every morning special.

Summary: One of the most hotels we have ever stayed at! I would reccomend to anyone. It’s close to Florence, but just far enough away that you feel like you’re in the Tuscan country side. The winery there is also fantastic!

Summary: I can’t express how much we enjoyed our stay. The staff was incredible. Lorenzo at the reception made us feel like we were his favorite guests he has ever had. He wrote out 2 pages of notes for us on local attractions and restaurants. Our breakfast server, Eduardo was so friendly and made us feel like family. We looked forward to breakfast every day. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent. I will be dreaming of the steak with the bay leaf reduction for years to come. Sadly, we missed the tour of the winery, so we’ll just have to come back. The room was more than we could have hoped for. The view of the hills and vineyard were stunning. The local town was warm. This may have been our favorite part of any vacation we have ever had. Needless to say, we can’t recommend it enough!

Summary: This place is pristine. It’s a classy place with relaxation at the core. It’s beautiful. The breakfast was 10 star amazing the rooms adorable clean comfortable. Only regret we didn’t stay longer!!
