Summary: Outside terrace was never cleaned. The tables were dirty. No one cleaned our room for the 3 days not even to take garbage out. We asked and was told we are there for 3 days so they don’t go in our room. We booked a suite with the couch and got a room with 2 beds. The hideout bed in couch was screwed to the floor. I was very disappointed this trip.

Summary: large room, bathroom at entrance with soaker jetted tub, shower, sink and toilet, small kitchenette, fridge, toaster oven, microwave, bed and sitting area with wood burning fireplace. nice and quite, some traffic, but not a lot.

Summary: The staff is really friendly and nice. The pool area is very nice too but the rooms are average...althouhg it was really clean there was some funny smells in the bathroom and the AC is really noisy and functionning ok but not that good as it was really humid in the room.

Summary: clean, well maintained and comfortable room Location is right in town with easy access to activities No elevator to second floor so ask for a ground room if this is an issue
