Positive: The pool area was simply marvellous, clean, with wonderfully comfortable loungers all around and impeccable service throughout our time there. It was the perfect spot to relax. Overall, every aspect of this relais: the pool, the veranda, the rooms, the dining, and above all the people, was of exceptional quality. We left with wonderful memories and would return without hesitation. Room service was outstanding: prompt, attentive, and always delivered with a smile. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Breakfast was a true highlight of the stay; a beautifully presented spread with fresh, high-quality ingredients, and the attention to detail was evident in every dish. The staff deserve special mention. Every single member of the team was warm, professional, and genuinely attentive, making us feel welcome and well taken care of at every turn. Negative: Lack of communication between staff members. Your welcome is a little weak, didn’t get a tour of the property nor the room explaining what we can get and what’s included. A lot of little mistakes that could be avoided to make the stay truly fantastic. Beautiful place tough!

Positive: Beautiful location with welcoming friendly staff. Gorgeous garden with pool one could sit around although not open yet as not in season. The staff gave us an excellent recommendation for a restaurant nearby - really delicious.
Negative: We were put in annexe which was a concrete series of rooms - one could everyone and everything so didn't get much sleep! There was piped music coming from the restaurant which was disturbing for guests. The restaurant was so expensive we decided to eat elsewhere. The free use of spa pool was disappointing as the pool is small and only has water features so no swimming. The sauna was full so unable to use.
Summary: Promising location and outlook sadly not delivering in overall comfort or value for money.
