Summary: Great hotel. Pool area really nice. 10 minutes drive to nearby towns with restaurants if you want to get out but you're in the middle of a few so lots of options

Summary: We stayed for 3 nights when visiting Puglia. It was in a good location, convenient for lots of other towns and villages for days out and dinners. We spent most of our time by the pool which is excellent. Really quiet and nice views over the golf course. Rooms were spacious and everything was extremely clean and well maintained. The only downside to the hotel was that it seemed to be a bit of wedding factory. In the 4 days we were there in September there was a wedding every day from 1pm. Although it didn't get in the way of what we wanted to do, it was a bit strange to be wandering through wedding guests when leaving the pool and we felt a bit in the way.

Summary: I arrived at the hotel went to my room & AC wasn't working properly. I was going out so I advised the front desk. Two hours later I returned went to my room stl not fixed. I told the front desk again. I went to pool. I went back to ny room & agsin it was not fixed. Also every time I called no one answered. That night I went to the restaurant & it was empty. I went to bar no bartender. It turned out the front desk associate was bartender, order taken. & waiter. Weird
