Positive: Gorgeous setting, spacious room and a relaxing spa.

Negative: As a coeliac, there was only one dish on the restaurant menu that was gluten free and nothing dairy-free. Considering I had contacted the hotel in advance about dietary restrictions it was disappointing. The chef kindly roasted some potatoes for us but the back and forth took a long time and, as we were starving, we didn’t have a choice but to be satisfied with something we didn’t particularly want to eat. For a four-star hotel I would have expected the restaurant to have more flexibility or perhaps stock up on some dry gluten free pasta.

Positive: I felt like princess in this castle Huge room with the fireplace The bed was comfy Free parking Nice spa and special thanks to Anastasia the admin and Anastasia the masseur Amazing views but I enjoyed them less because the foggy weather

Positive: The staff treated me great even though I was extremely jet lagged and didn't speak Italian. The spa was nice, dinner was excellent, solid breakfast. Comfy bed, clean, peaceful- a great spot worth a visit.

Positive: Very nice location with sweeping views over the Po valley. Wonderful pool and pool terrace. The staff is also very friendly.

Negative: The upkeep. Clearly it lacks of the extra care which would make it a great place. ( glasses from the previous night remained on the outdoor table. Grasses grow in the courtyard, dirty windows of the restaurant ). Also in this region the food is wonderful, a pity that the restaurant doesn't meet that standard.
