Positive: The was a true authentic Tuscan property that has so much charm and elegance . From the warm reception to the wonderful attention to service . We fell in love with this hotel and the area . The owner and staff are simply wonderful and helped make our stay a very special and memorable one .

Positive: Beautiful villa, nice garden, the whole ambiance sends you back for 200 years, but in a good way. Beautiful antique furniture. Friendly staff.

Negative: The breakfast. Time 8 to 10 o’clock is too short in my opinion. The choice of food was limited, but that may be fine. What is not okay is that each morning the coffee ran out, or the scrambled eggs ran out and so on. The stuff did not refill! Nescafé as standard coffee! Really!? And I heard someone ordering an omelette, and he had to pay extra for it. This is unbelievable in my opinion at that price level.

Summary: Very nice if you are fine with scarce breakfast.

It is located in a tranquil setting, the pool is relaxing and the staff are all friendly and helpful. Many thanks to all the team Russell & Stephanie (UK)

Positive: Beutyfull and quiet place. Excellent WiFi. Rooms were cleaned every day. Quite and well maintained garden with mountain view.

Negative: First of all, if you're not a very skilled driver, entry to this hotel may be a problem. It's extremely narrow, and it is very hard to drive in and out. This wasn't mentioned anywhere. Breakfast was poor with very little choice and no diners or lunches in place. Just some light snacks. All food could be found outside the hotel in near by pizzeria or a short drive to Camaiore. It felt like we lived in fancy bed and breakfast, far for what I would call the hotel, unfortunately. Interesting experience, but not for us.
