Positive: It has the best service I've experienced in a hotel in a long time, outstanding staff...and the overall quality of the restaurant is impressive (breakfast and dinner), with a superior wine bar ...the bedrooms are beautifully decorated with a high quality bed and accessories

Negative: The only reason it's not a clear 10 is that their Climatisation system is sub-par (in hot summer nights it is uncomfortable)...

While all the places seemed to offer similar standards on the surface, here you can immediately feel the special touch of the wonderful owner, who clearly takes personal care to ensure every tiny detail is just right. Everything is maintained to the highest level — from the fresh, mint-scented steam room to the eucalyptus shower that feels like a true spa experience. The atmosphere is warm, elegant, and welcoming, making you feel both pampered and at home. I won’t reveal all the surprises — you simply have to come and experience it for yourself. A heartfelt thank you to the delightful owner for creating such a magical place. Highly recommended!

Positive: This hotel is a hidden treasure. We were welcomed and treated with special attention. The rooms and the restaurant were royal, the attention to the details was at the highest. We loved every moment spent at this property and enjoyed very much the experience. This hotel is one of my favourite so far and I will definitely come back again.

Positive: A stunning romantic getaway. Truly one of the most fantastic hotels I've ever stayed at. It's like travelling in time. Everything from the glassware to the sheets is beyond lovely and luxurious. The staff were the epitome of professional and thoughtful and the service was beyond elegant. There are very few places like this in the world and we are already planning our next stay.
