Positive: Beautiful apartment with a kitchenette hidden in the closet (great idea!) Nice spacious, comfortable bedroom and bathroom. A wonderful swimming pool surrounded by a beautiful garden. The staff is very nice, friendly and helpful. Good, quiet location close to Treviso airport and close to Venice, 20 minutes to Venice but you need a car.

Positive: Gianluigi messaged us first thing in the morning of our travel day to let us know the room was already ready for us to check in so we didn't have to delay our arrival until 3pm. He was waiting by the gate to let us in (you need the card to operate the gate). Ca'Serena was so peaceful, we enjoyed having the pool almost to ourselves until about 4.30pm on our rest days. Everything was very clean and well kept, we enjoyed having the outdoor seating area in the beautiful gardens. There are fields and a little vineyard to walk in as well. We played table tennis on the afternoon when there was a thunderstorm. Ca'Serena is a safe place to enjoy the Italian country side

Negative: The kitchen sink and hob are in a cupboard which is a very clever idea. This was fine to re-heat things occasionally but probably a bit small for cooking bigger meals. We had a rental car so could easily get to the local shops or restaurants but to walk would probably take about 30 minutes which is hard when it's hot.

Summary: Ca'Serena is truly a serene place, in beautiful countryside but still close to Venice and Treviso

Positive: We chose the location for easy access to Venice by train from Treviso. That worked well for us. Treviso is also a very pretty town. We drove to many other well known cities from there as well and going into the Grappa mountains. Lovely swimming pool and gardens. The local town had good shops as well.

Negative: First time to meet with no flexible check-in time, even the fact that it was the high season (August). When You're on vacation/holiday mood & with busy traffic jam , at least You expect flexibility with arrival hour.
