Positive: Adriana met us with the keys and gave us all the info we needed; she was very pleasant. Also responsive to questions later on and told us about events, places to go, etc. The flat was fairly standard in terms of facilities but very well maintained. Pacengo turned out to be a very pleasant village, close to the lake, very touristic (restaurants, shops selling local products, etc.) but at the same time quiet and beautiful.

Negative: I have no complaints. We were three friends, one of us had to use the sofabed in the living room, but we knew that when we chose the place, so no problem. Everything worked, and everything went smoothly.

Summary: Peaceful, relaxing stay in a beautiful area.

Positive: The location was not too far from railway station. It was only few bus stops, but the experience of the bus transportation was quite horrible because buses were always late and drivers were not helpful at all. The fault is obviously not on hosts who were absolutely lovely. We felt that we were taken care of and we got all the help we needed with a very friendly way. Our stay was smooth and very enjoyable. We wish we can come back again.

Summary: Our stay was basically perfect.
