Positive: The room and bathroom are superb. It felt super luxurious and well spaced out. The location is also excellent, with the mall below and a short walk from Zhongshan, where there's the MRT and is full of small shops and excellent food. We did not try any restaurants there, but it looked to be very popular amongst everyone, with excellent music entertainment. The check in staff were very helpful, and the staff who opened doors, pointed out the step in the lobby, and attended the elevators were so kind, polite, and made the experience feel elite. We booked a spa appointment on the top floor, and were VERY impressed by the facilities and services. Elevators were super fast and made traveling easy.

Negative: I wish there was an electronic key instead of a physical one, so my partner and I could split up a bit easier when exploring the neighborhood. Additionally, I wish the list of spa services was available on the Hotel information channel, but we just went upstairs to look at the list and to book.

Summary: I can't wait to return - what a luxurious hotel in an excellent location.
