Summary: The room was clean and comfortable. Yea and coffee provided. Plenty of space to get ready. Bed was comfortable. We had been out drinking and was a late night the morning after I asked if we could extend our check out time the request was accepted at no extra cost. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Summary: Our stay of one night was good. The price we paid was very competitive compared to nearby hotels The room was plenty big enough and well heated and the en suite toilet and shower was nice and clean. The owner was friendly and approachable. Will definitely stay there again.

Summary: I came up for the St Leger race weekend and stayed at the Regent Serviced Suites. It was easy to find and just a short walk from the station. The owner Michael was very friendly and welcoming and the room was a good size with a nice en-suite with shower. Bed was comfy and the room quiet so slept very well. Everything was clean and well cared for. Michael was very helpful and able to point out things to do and places to go. 10 minute walk to the races so a great place for that. I think it is probably the best value pound-for-pound of any place I’ve stayed. Highly recommended
