Positive: Probably the best hotel room I have ever stayed in! The quality of the bathroom and overall room facilities are exceptional. If you are looking for a hotel with some of the best rooms in the world then this is one. The location of the hotel is also excellent, right on the beach where you can watch the surfers ride the waves throughout the day. The pools are also excellent and as this is still a relatively new hotel it felt fresh and not too busy.

Negative: The only reason I have not given this a 10/10 is a minor thing but one that needs to be improved. On all occasions when we were at the Beach House, we had to wait a long time to for anyone to come over and take our drinks/food orders. Often we'd have to go looking for staff which was a shame, because it was the opposite of breakfast where it sometimes felt over staffed.

Summary: Probably the best hotel room I have ever stayed in!

Positive: The staff (especially the general manager) are eytremly great and leave no room for improvement. The service is sensational. The rooms are the nicest we have seen in any 5 star Hotel in Bali as they are brand new and have amazing features. I can also highly recommend the Lagoon access rooms as they are stunning.

Negative: Unfortunatly the resort is not quite finished. The kids club and spa are not completly done (ie there was no kids club and the spa only had massage treatments available and no sauna) and there are still some restaurants missing. Some of the processes are also still new to the staff so they need a bit more time to get processes right such as getting the rooms ready for new visitors on time. Therefore we give a 9/10 instead of a 10 since there is still a lot in the making which is not finished yet
