Positive: It has convenient location. Afternoon staff person very nice.

Negative: Safety hazard doormat when entering was curled tripping hazard, coffee cup lids did not fit cups. My husband burned his hand carrying coffee back to our room. Pillows were not good and no choice of firmness. We forgot toothpaste and asked front t desk if they had any for purchase or complimentary and they did not🤨

Summary: Less expensive but they need to fix quite a few things

Positive: Easy check in, clerk was helpful and nice.

Negative: Website still shows indoor pool is available. According to management it it permanently drained and closed. ‘Breakfast’ was a misnomer.

Positive: Breakfast wasn't great. Cold cereal, cold danish, yogurt and Juice. Coffee wasn't great. Mattress was comfortable, handicap bathroom was great, except no place to put shampoo or soap. Room was clean. Fridge wasn't cold enough to freeze our freezer packs. Ice machine didn't work very well but got enough to put in our cups for water.

Negative: Freezer compartment didn't freeze our freezer packs. No place to put soap and shampoo in handicap shower. Breakfast wasn't diabetic friendly.

Summary: Nice, clean and comfortable.
