Summary: Refused to honor my reservation because I was traveling with 2 service animals. She informed me she did not have to honor the ADA act and canceled my reservation.

Summary: Rooms were hot when we arrived. The drinking and coffee cups were not individually wrapped which meant no assurance of sanitation. The coffee nook looked looked like it used to be the closet. The light in the coffee nook was a battery powered light with dead batteries. The coffee basket had coffee sediment left from lack of cleaning. If all you are seeking is a place to sleep, this room will meet your needs.

Summary: This is an older facility, but the room was clean and the staff was helpful. The AC worked fine, though as is common for most hotel rooms, the fan generates a fair amount of noise, which I prefer, but my wife thought it was noisy. In any case it cooled well. The bed was very comfortable.
