Summary: Air conditioning was the best thing. The staff was wonderful. The bad thing about the property was cigarette butts all over the grounds. The cleaning of room and grounds need to be maintained better. The size of the room was great.

Summary: I was told that there would be morning coffee and there was none. A/C unit was very noisy. Bath tub was old. A piece of baseboard in the bath was displaced. I thought that there was something on the top sheet, but it was just a small hole. The room was okay, but I thought for $95 per night that it should have been better.
