Summary: Lovely hotel at the quieter end of Douglas promenade. We had a fantastic sea view room. The service was excellent and the food very good. Will definitely stay again.

Summary: No info re booking table for dinner. Had to go elsewhere for wedding anniversary dinner. Not told saturdays breakfast starts 8 am so no food taken although paid for, prior to going to airport. Toilet seat did not fit pan so not comfortable. Otherwise staff friendly and helpful with bus times, directions etc.

Summary: For the money this was one of the best hotels we have stayed at. Staff were very helpful and made us feel most welcome. Restaurant was excellent for both breakfast and quality dinner. Would recommend this hotel to anyone without quibble and intend to stay there again on my next visit to IOM.
