Positive: The staff in general were indifferent, Carol in the Bar/Restaurant in particular deserves a special mention,always a smile. The meals were excellent quality & quantity & very fairly priced,a pity it’s not used more by guests.

Negative: The bedroom which was our third try to get it right!! Was very small, both the ceiling & the bathroom had mold.. The bed was fairly comfortable. It appears a lot of the double glazed windows in the hotel are blown. One of the rooms we were shown it was impossible to see out, the room we stayed in had a central pane with the problem,not very good. Also the reception area is very small just one settee so really no where to sit & relax. There is a sitting area in the bar but as the room is partly underground there is little natural light.We note the latest displayed booking.com review was dated 2013. When it was rated highly perhaps it’s time for a new review..

Summary: Really pleased to leave overall very disappointed.

Positive: Breakfast was pretty good and the hotel is located very close to ounta carretas shopping and a 15 minutes walk from the beach.

Negative: the price tag to ordering from QR code menu had different prices from ordering directly on restaurant. And i always paid the biggest price. =(
