Typical semi-detached house situated in Lazise in the green of vineyards and olive groves, about 5 km from the historic centre and the lake.
The semi-detached countryhouse "Nocino 1" can accommodate up to 6 people and is developed on two floors with a lovely well-kept outdoor terrace, where you can enjoy pleasant dinners and lunches in the open air. On the ground floor there is a large living area with a kitchenette equipped with fridge-freezer, 4-burner gas cooker, oven, dishwasher, toaster and American coffee machine, dining table and chairs. The bright living room has a typical stone fireplace, a double sofa bed and satellite TV.
On the first floor there are two double bedrooms with wardrobes and windows that overlook the garden and a windowed bathroom with shower and a comfortable hairdryer. The characteristic ceilings with exposed beams make the room warm and cozy. The flat overlooks the green vineyards and hills of Lake Garda, offering an enchanting view. The cottage has two reserved uncovered parking spaces located in the courtyard adjacent to the house.
