Positive: MTR close by. Easy to find places to eat. 7 Eleven close by. Staff were friendly.Luggage storage available. Guest laundry.

Negative: All the construction we were on the freeway side so it could be very noisey.

Positive: It is near the Kai Tak Arena and Stadium. But it's a loooong walk. Maybe 20-30 minutes. You have to passby the MRT underground to get to the other side of Kai Tak where the Arena and stadium are. There are 3 malls near them but there are not much content on it.

Negative: They don't fix the beds and not clean the room.. They do change the towels though in the bathroom. The mat in the shower is moldy and kinda yucky. So we set is aside. Location is not near anywhere. It's a bit of walk (10 mins) to the MTR and when you go down, it is another 15-20 minutes walk to the train. :-(. Not much choice either to eat nearby. McDonalds is a street before the MTR. And there are no amenities like toothbrush, etc. But they did write a letter about it on top of the desk. And the worst part is that the coffee and creamer are expired! Coffee is expired as of 2024 yet. Creamer is expired as of January 2025 and July 2025. Eeeooowwww. I advised front desk about it.

Summary: Disappointing. Too far from places & shopping area where I'm used to stay in TST or Causeway Bay.
