Positive: Good sized room with ensuite. I was relieved that a code was provided to enter the hotel as I was later than expected due to a much delayed flight.
Negative: Technology was the main issue. They sent links to a Guest App for checking in, but the links did not work. Then I was directed to a website for checking in but after adding the necessary details there was no option to "Submit". On the door there was a keypad to enter a code, but the figures were not visible until you started entering them, so the first figure was difficult to enter.

Positive: The rooms are big and spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful. We got compensated for the room that was not finished with free breakfast.
Negative: When we arrived the door to our room was open and it was clear to us that it was not ready. The bed was not made from previous guest. Was told that the housekeeping would need 5-10 minutes to fix the room. Not sure she washed the room because the garbage was not emptied and we found hair on the bed.

Positive: Nice location and great staff. There was a little issue with our room when we arrived as they were busy with an event organized in their location, but they managed to solve it and gave us a room upgrade.
Negative: The key code should be changed as the ones used now are very easy to guess. We feared to leave any valuables in our room because other guest could enter our room.
