Summary: Overall the property is almost as described, however the accommodation is more of a private room only facility and not designed for guests seeking accommodation with communal areas. The only space for the latter being a small kitchen with a sofa. There are no dining spaces. The hosts have put a lot of thought into the design of the accommodation which is fantastic, The rooms are modern with en-suites, coolers and AC. A little more consideration is required to delivering the right client experience, there was a layer of dust in the kitchen which we needed to clean down before use, a random collection of plates and bowls, mugs etc but not a proper dining set. We faced issues with the front door closing which a gentlemen’s in the barber opposite helped us resolve and the heating boiler was erratic which resulted in a few people having cold showers. Emir our host was very good in addressing the issues we raised but my advice ( as a host myself ) would be to focus on what the accommodation is and market it clearly so guests expectations are clear at the outset.
