Positive: Very comfortable and big bed, nic e bathroom, great powerful and hot shower. Position very close to the city historical center but very quiet. All very good, the best accomodation I found in one month of Peru at a very great value. Highly recommended

Positive: The location was good, approximately a 10 minute walk from the centre. The breakfast buffet was amazing and the reception staff were friendly and spoke good English.

Negative: The windows/doors were not well insulated and all noise from guests was heard all night. Also, the city seemed to smell of smoke/burning and this always managed to get into the room which gave us a headache and made sleeping hard.

Summary: Quality of room was disappointing, breakfast was execellent

Positive: they gave us a heater to use in the room, shower was good and hot.

Negative: tv didnt seem to work. got woken with knocking on the door because they were trying to move my car and has set off alarm. i had told the guy at checkin it had a secret alarm button but he said they wouldnt need to move it but still insisted on taking my keys. as a result my alarm was going for a long time in the driveway disturbing us and probably other guests. i wasnt ready to get up--i was sharing special moments with my partner who i was about to say goodbye too for a long time. this was majorly disrupted and didnt feel nice. thats why the low rating.
