Positive: The house itself was pretty. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. It was easily found and accessed. Close to everything you might need.

Negative: The house was not cleaned properly. When we arrived it was late and we found this option last minute so we could not exchange it for another rental. There were dirty undergarments from a man and woman left laying behind. Cigarette butts on the second bedroom floor. All the floors were dirty as well as all the bed linens. We had to wash all the bed clothes before we could lay down finally at 1am. Sheets and comforters both had some sticky something all over them. Cleaned all floors, as well scrubbed all sinks, tubs, and toilets. We had to clean the entire house ourselves before we could begin to relax. Once cleaned it was pleasant but we thank God that the washer and dryer was nice and worked.

Positive: I liked the space, the cleanliness and the quietness.

Negative: There is a need for a door mat, proper house keeping. The sheets were dirty and needed clean bed linen. There were clothes in the dryer that needed to be sorted out. The place had a lot of spiders, and other bugs. There is a need for Terminix. The location is not safe or clean.
