Positive: Our second stay at this lovely, beautiful property, and it won’t be our last. It is in the perfect location, with stunning sea views. The house is spotlessly clean, with everything you could possibly want or need provided for you. The beds are so super-comfy and I really liked the open-plan kitchen/lounge area, which gave us all plenty of space to relax in. Right on your doorstep is the Fife coastal path, for stunning walks (Pittenweem only half an hour away on foot) and there are several wonderful restaurants within easy reach - 2 within the village of St Monans itself (Craig Millar@16 West End and East Pier Smokehouse - neither to be missed). There’s a newly revamped private garden in the sunshine just across the street. Contact with the owner was great and clear instructions for checking in were given. I can’t recommend this place enough - we will be back.

Positive: The apartment was wonderful! The beds were very comfortable. This unit had everything we needed to cook, clean, and relax. When we arrived it was clean and the owner left clear directions to access the unit.

Negative: The town is very cute and has amazing views but it doesn't have a lot of restaurant and/or grocery store options so make sure you have what you need before arriving.

Summary: A wonderful and comfortable stay in an adorable Scottish coastal town.

Positive: The location was perfect - quite and with a sea view from the front facing rooms . Good Sized rooms and lots of natural light. A well equipped kitchen and beautiful comfy 3 double sized bedrooms

Positive: Reflections Luxury Modern Accommodation was perfect for our three-night family holiday. Check-in instructions were clear, and the house was spacious, very clean, and comfortably furnished, the rooms were spacious, very clean, with large and very comfortable bed. With a well-equipped kitchen and parking in front of it. A convenience store and two restaurants were nearby, with the shore restaurant offering good food. We enjoyed relaxing walks along the seafront and would gladly return to St Monance, highly recommending this accommodation.

Negative: I wished there were more convenient shops, but overall, everything was excellent with nothing negative to mention.

Negative: The garden was all but inaccessible due to building work going on in the neighbours garden. We were not informed of this and it made it difficult for our dogs.
