Positive: We were looking for a place to stay that was close to Busch gardens, allowed pets, and had entertainment for our kids. Let's just say the kids and pup had so much fun here! There was so much to do at the house for our kiddos. The parks were very close and having the pool at the house was a plus. The house was big enough for 5 kids and 2 adults, and it was equiped with everything you could possibly think of. Husband loved everything available in the kitchen for cooking. We look forward to booking here again in the future for our next visit to the theme parks.

Positive: This is our second time staying at this location. It is perfect for our family and close to our Bull that attends USF. We were in town for our Bull's graduation, so it was a big weekend. The host thought of everything, and it is a spacious house in a quiet neighborhood. We were able to grill out one day with family and use the awesome spa. Such a relaxing time leading up the big day. There was even a photo op area that was adorable that had been added from our last stay that really added to the celebration (see pic). We will definitely be staying at this location again when we come back as our Bull has decided to stay in the area for a little longer.

Negative: Actually we don't have any serious cons about the location. We couldn't figure out how to turn the light off on the master ceiling fan (to keep the ceiling fan on at night), but decided not to bother the host about it because it wasn't a huge deal. However, the host has always been super responsive so I could have called if it was a bigger deal to us.

Negative: Roaches that occasionally popped up. Pool was filthy couldn't use it. Area was a little questionable.
