Island Vacationing at its finest ! Enjoy a peaceful, tranquil stay at our Island Paradise. One of a distinct few Barrier Islands in Florida. Located in Sebastian, Florida, our house is of brand new construction with the finest attention to detail. Nearly 10' Ceilings throughout. You can smell the cleanliness upon walking in. Watch the porpoises play off the dock ! Fish, boat, kayak or just enjoy some private time under our 40 foot Tiki Bar ! Vacation Island Playground (V.I.P Island) is not accessible by car. To arrive at Island, a Boat, PWC, or kayak must be used. Boat ramp parking is free, no charge.For a small fee, we have a taxi service provider on the Island who will take people both to and from the Island. At time of rental if requested, renter will have ability to contact the taxi service. Several local restaurants reside along the Intracoastal Waterway. Some of the finest inshore back country fishing available around the Island ! Large snook,redfish,trout and Sheepshead all patrol the inshore waters of the Lagoon. Offshore fishing is second to none with huge Red Snapper,Grouper, Mahi, Cobia and several other Pelagic species. Our house boasts a huge waterfront dockage with nearly 100' of available dockage for boats,jet skis,kayaks etc. House resides on the canal located down the center of the Island which protects nice boats from weather and wind. No need to worry about your boat at night. It stays nice and safe !

Summary: We really enjoyed this property. Mike was easy to communicate with and very attentive! The house and tiki bar were fantastic and well stocked. The ice machine was a huge bonus!! We are already planning our next trip here!! We absolutely loved it!!!

Summary: First time staying in this house on the island and we’ll definitely be coming back!! Kids loved the bunk beds! Us adults loved the tiki bar area! This house had everything you need to cook , most stocked kitchen I’ve ever had in a rental house. Good dock space. Mike was great! Called to check in a couple of days ahead of time, texted once during the stay for an update. He was amazing! The men and kids LOVED the old store games in the living room too. Toys outside were nice to have too! We had a great weekend! 12/10 stars!!

Summary: Staying at this property was a good choice to go celebrate my birthday and my friend's birthday. The place was excellent, spacious, clean, and the communication with Mike was very good, as well as with his wife Emilia every time we needed some assistance. We enjoyed the Islands around, even tho the weather was not the best. But just by staying in doors we all had a great time in this beautiful property. Thanks Mike for bringing us some fresh fish, that was very nice of you. I will definitely recommend this property to anyone who is looking to have a great time, you won't regret it for anything! Definitely will rent this property again ❤️

Summary: This is a beautiful home right on an island. Our family and some friends stayed here for a few days and had everything we needed. The home was very clean, beds were super comfy and the owners were very attentive and answered all the questions we had! Boat dock right out front makes it super convenient to jump on the boat and head to the inlet or out to dinner! Also has a huge tiki hut with Lots of fun things to do from ping pong to darts, or simply sitting around watching tv outside! We can’t wait to go back!!

Summary: We couldn’t have been more impressed with this property. Absolutely incredible and the perfect setup for a weekend on the water with friends and family. The house is impeccably decorated, spotlessly clean, and the AC keeps the house nice and cold at night. The dockage is plenty big enough for two 20-26’ foot boats, and the canal is plenty deep. We HIGHLY recommend this house.
